Education Show Update |
|||||
| The Creative Learning Journey’s first appearance at the Education Show at Birmingham NEC proved a great success creating huge interest from visitors with many attending just to see The Creative Learning Journey. | |||||
| Many Creative Learning Journey schools who visited the show came to us to say hello and report how well the Creative Learning Journey was doing in their school. Two head teachers, Vince O’Brien and Kate Quick stayed on our stand all day talking to head teachers about the CLJ and sharing their experiences with visitors. It was interesting to see how schools were using the resources in different ways showing the unique versatility of the Creative Learning Journey, allowing schools the creativity to suit their individual school. | |||||
| The new Skills Assessment Manager resource, with individual child, complete class or school assessments and print outs was a great success, with lots of requests for online demonstrations. This new addition to our resources has been extremely well received, saving teachers and head teachers a great deal of time and money, producing end of year reports at the touch of a button. | |||||
| The response to the Creative Learning Journey has been fantastic, with schools contacting us to enquire how to purchase and introduce their new skills based curriculum and how to arrange training days. Lots of new schools are coming on board in readiness for the start of their new school year in September. | |||||
If you would like more information or want to know about the resources and updates that have been added to the Creative Learning Journey in the last few months please contact us on 01634 716222. |

| A new road for the CLJ begins in Wales | |||||
| The new Welsh Version of The Creative Learning Journey is now complete and proving a great success in many parts of Wales. The Progression of Skills from Nursery through to Year 6 including the complete Welsh range ensures coverage to a high level. With the benefit of the 6 areas of learning and the Welsh language development all included, it covers all areas of the Welsh Curriculum. | |||||
| The Welsh version also comes complete with the On-Line Wheels, enabling you to create your own thematic wheels where skills drop down automatically into the seven areas of learning. It also allows schools to share topics with other schools. The new skills assessment programme allows you to assess every child, print out reports for individual pupils or see a complete class, or school graph. | |||||
